What are some cheap furniture stores in Austin Texas?
I’m looking for some very cheap furniture. I found a table for 39 bucks at IKEA, but I need a headboard. I don’t really want a whole new bed because they cost about 150 bucks. I’m looking to spend about 50 bucks max on a headboard. Do you know where I can find some cheap furniture deals? Any used furniture places that carry low quality furniture? I say low quality, because you always hear of consignment shops selling low cost dining room tables for 2500 bucks! Please, that’s not low cost to me. I bought a bedroom set from furniture factory warehouse in 1995 for 297 bucks…the whole set. The headboard broke, but I still use the dresser and chest all these years later, so I take care of low quality furnishings very well. LOL
good will is usually too expensive. I’ve never heard of St. Paul store though.
I would suggest trying Craigslist, The furniture section is searchable by topic and by price. If you buy from a person rather than a company, the seller is usually looking to clear out space and may be flexible on the price. Currently there are 193 listings that come up when searching for “headboard” under $140. Good luck!
