Is it OK to have a HD Flat screen TV on a shelf over the microwave?
Concerned of the possibility of magnetic field issues
Magnetic fields do not interrupt LCDs like they do CRT TVs. There will be interference when the microwave is on, but you shouldn’t notice it at all, unless it causes stress on the processor board, and your TV breaks earlier than if it was somewhere else.
