What tog have you got on your toddlers cot/bed?
I dont know which one to buy a 4.5tog or a 9tog? He is in a sleep bag but throws himself around of a night and he always ends up cold. Just wondered what other mothers used for their toddlers. Thanks.
I don’t understand how he can throw off a baby sleeping bag (assuming its one of those with shoulder straps). Depending on how old he is he may be able to cover himself again if he gets cold. My four year old has a ’summer’ quilt which he is happy with, there is an extra sheet to go over on very cold nights. Don’t use a quilt with a baby sleeping bag; he will overheat and that is very dangerous. Don’t just assume hes cold if his hands feel cold its his tummy you should check. If its not waking him, hes not cold
